Individual Psychotherapy

Life can get complicated. Life can get lonely. Thoughts and feelings can become troublesome, overwhelming and scary. We were not meant to go through life alone and you don’t have to. Seeking help initially may require you to lean into bravery. My goal is to a therapeutic companion during this process and make caring for yourself a natural, comfortable way of being.

Relationship Concerns

I believe relationship have a primary impact on our emotional well-being. I also know that untangling their impact, amidst everything else in life, can add to further turmoil, overwhelm and frustration. I am here to offer support, strategy and tools to help provide relief and movement through your concerns. Can you imagine relationships that are authentic, alive, intimate and exciting?

Grief and Loss

Grief is a normal response to loosing someone or something important to us. Feeling fragmented, detached and destabilized can feel overwhelming and disorienting and difficult to understand. I view grief as something to be carried and integrated as opposed to “healed” or “resolved.” Grief exists because something mattered to us. My focus in relational based psychotherapy leads with the idea that we heal within the company of others; having a therapeutic companion to help bear the weight of loss, so you do not have to do it alone .

Couples Therapy

Relationships are not something we are “in” or “have” they are something we “do.” Engaging with your partner in a safe, therapeutic setting, with a professional as your guide, can be an important catalyst to change in your relationship. Couples therapy can be an effective way to resolve these roadblocks, clarify your feelings about your relationship, deepen intimacy, connection and promote self awareness and growth.

Interpersonal Group Psychotherapy

Group therapy can be a highly effective way to learn more about yourself and others in a supportive environment. Group members are invited to share thoughts and feelings with others within a setting that cultivates curiosity and understanding of dynamics versus a “right or wrong” mentality.
